Currently, we exclusively target and ship to France. This allows us to maintain the fastest transit times and dedicated service for our French customers.

- Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Order Cut-Off: 2:00 PM (CET). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
- Partners: We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure secure delivery of your jewelry.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be in its original condition and packaging.
